The G.R.E.A.T. National Training Conference is designed for individuals currently
implementing the G.R.E.A.T. Program, as well as those who want to become involved
with the program. We anticipate approximately 800 attendees.
The conference will allow exhibitors to display information about their organization
and/or products and services. No products may be sold at the display, although orders
may be accepted for future payment and shipment, and samples may be given away.
Charges for exhibit space are as follows:
- Private, for-profit businesses: $450 (no merchandise can be sold)
- Nonprofit or governmental organizations: No charge
Receipt of common freight and crated exhibits at the hotel from an outside carrier
or an exhibitors vehicle will be assessed a charge of $34/ per hundred pounds.
This also includes preshow storage at the hotel not exceeding 2,000 pounds. This
charge does not include setup or breakdown of material. This will be the exhibitors
responsibility.
NOTE: Any exhibitor material received at the hotel before the actual day of scheduled
exhibit setup will be assessed the standard drayage fee outlined above, even if
an exposition service company name is placed on the material. This drayage fee will
be charged in addition to any fees paid to an exposition service company. No material
is refused unless shipped collect.
Exhibitor space will be provided in the general area immediately outside the conference
meeting rooms. Because there is limited space, exhibitor areas will be assigned
on a first-come, first-served basis. Please print and fax or mail the exhibitor
application and Hold Harmless Clause as soon as possible to the following address
